Angie is from the North side of Chicago. She is 18 years old and attends Lake View High School. She joined the program because a representative of girl world 2.0 came to her school and she was interested in it. Also because she had no plans for the summer and she wanted something productive to do with her time. Peer pressure doesn't get enough in Angie's eyes. Many kids, but mainly teens in the world go through it daily!! She enjoys listening to music, and her favorite artists are Drake and Nicki Minaj. She feels that it helps her calm down and gets her mind going. A hypothetical question she was asked "would  you date outside your race?" She answered yes, because getting to know other people and their race could at some point create some change in the world since their is so much racism.!

Her name is Charysma Wilson. Charysma was born on the southside of chicago, attends school on the westside of Chicago, and resides on the northside of Chicago. Her favorite restaurant is the T.G.I.Fridays located downtown. Charysma loves hanging out with her friends, shopping, going out, laughing, and just having fun. Charysma's favorite colors are red and black and neon colors. Charysma spends her spare time at home writing in her secret journal. Charysma is a average fifteen year old girl whose in love and like meeting new people.

My name is Tracey. I like to listen to all types of music. I am a people person. When school start back I'll be Junior at Uplift Community. I am a very energectic person. I like having fun with my friends. I live on the west side of Chicago. I am 16 years old. I love little babies and puppies. I hate when people try to come at my head. I enjoy listening to Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz, Adele,etc. One of my favorite songs is Set Fire To The Rain by Adele.

Shantre' McBounds is an upcoming senior for the class of 2013. She lives and attends high school on the southside at DuSable Leadership Academy. Her hobbies include cheerleading, texting, shopping && listening to music. Although she listens to a varity of music she favors Drake, J. Cole, Adele and The Weeknd. Annie Evans, who goes by Marie, graduated from Oglesby Elementary in 2011, and now attends Whitney Young Magnet High School, class of 2015. She is a very beautiful and unique young lady. She was born September 22. She lives on the Southside of Chicago with her brother, his wife, and their two kids. She enjoys playing her guitar, making people laugh, and just hanging out and having fun! Some of Annie's favorite artist include: Rihanna & Nicki Minaj. Annie is very passionate about animals and their rights. What people may not know about Annie is she really loves pickles with Kool-Aid packets poured on top, also she is anemic. Now Annie works at Girl World. She joined Girl World for the money, but also because it seemed like a cool summer job to have!

ka lin was born in Thailand.She attended middle school inThailand. Then, she moved to the camp called " Nupo Refugee Camp" when she was 12. She attended high school at the camp. She lived there for 5 years.After that, she settlemented to the U.S.A in August 29th, 2011 . Now, she lives at lawrence .She goes to Roosevelt High School. She liks listening to the music ,reading books, and sing.

Alyssha Cowart is a senior at Uplift Community HS. She's in the top 5% of her class and all type of honor awards. Alyssha is from the south side of Chicago.She joined Girl World 2.0 because she wanted to meet new people and be with a group of girls to find out whats their out look on things that's happening today.Her passionate topic is to inform people on how women are portrayed.Something funny about Alyssha is that she is funny and a great sense of humor.Her best friend name is Daija. She looooves to have fun,shop,chill,go out,listen to music,love to cook,volunteer and enjoy the life of a teenager why she can!!! Her birthday is November 11she'll be the big 18 Scorpio baby!!! She decided to join Girl World 2.0 because she has never had the chance to work with solely females and she believed it would be something she would find interesting.
